NURSING ADMINISTRATION

(1) RN HOUSE SUPERVISOR – PER DIEM. Must have current, valid State of California R.N. License, current CPR and ACLS. Bachelor’s degree preferred, must have two years of progressive proven clinical experience in a Health Care setting. Must be thoroughly familiar with the development stages of Adolescent/Adults and the aging process of elderly adults. Management experience preferred, not necessarily limited to nursing.

CRISIS STABILIZATION UNIT |

1) RN FULL TIME – DAY SHIFT (2) RN PER DIEM – DAY SHIFT. (2) RN PER DIEM – NOC SHIFT. Current CA RN license and BLS for Healthcare Provider required. Current valid license to practice as a Vocational Nursing in the State of California. BCLS required. Must have (1) one year of Psychiatric experience. (1) LVN PER DIEM – DAY SHIFT. (1) LVN PER DIEM – NOC SHIFT. Current valid license to practice as a Vocational Nursing in the State of California. BCLS required. Must have (1) one year of Psychiatric experience. (2) MHW PER DIEM – DAY SHIFT. (1) MHW PER DIEM – NOC SHIFT. High school diploma or equivalent, preferred experience in mental health setting. BCLS required. Must have (1) one year of Psychiatric experience.

One (1) year previous clinical experience in medical and surgical nursing preferred. BCLS required. ACLS required within 90 days of hire. (1) MEDSURG LVN PER DIEM – DAY SHIFT. (1) MEDSURG LVN PER DIEM – NOC SHIFT Current valid license to practice vocational nursing in the State of California. One (1) year acute care experience preferred. BCLS required. (2) MEDSURG CNA PER DIEM – DAY SHIFT Certified as a nursing assistant in California or nursing student beyond the first year. Prefer a CNA in an acute care hospital. BCLS required.

LABORATORY |
|
(1)CLINICAL LABORATORY SCIENTIST – PER DIEM. Valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license is required. At least two years experience, as a Generalist, is required

SOCIAL SERVICES |
|
(2) SOCIAL WORKER – PER DIEM. Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field with social work training and experience. Maturity, flexibility, leadership qualities, professionalism, and strong clinical skills are required. Must be able to work weekends. Psych experience preferred.

|
ENGINEERING |
|
(1) MAINTENANCE MECHANIC FULL TIME – DAY SHIFT. Familiar with all phases of building construction, painting, maintenance, plumbing, light electrical, HVAC, etc. Effective communication skills. Must have an ability to work unsupervised. Prior healthcare experience preferred. Schedule: either Thursdays through Mondays OR Fridays through Tuesdays. |

LAGUNA WOODS PHP |
|
(1) CLINICAL SUPERVISOR – FULL TIME. Licensed Clinical Psychologist or LCSW. A minimum of one year experience with inpatient and/or outpatient psychiatric care. Familiar with the philosophy of partial hospitalization and current Medicare standards. Ability to assess the age specific needs for severely mentally ill adult patients, ages 18+. CPR & MAB required within 90 days of hire. (1) THERAPIST – PER DIEM. Must be licensed MFT or Social Worker or have current intern number. Prefer 2 years of clinical experience working with seriously mentally ill and/or developmentally disabled and/or substance abuse clients, 45+. Effective written and verbal communication in English. Knowledge and understanding of psychiatric diagnosis, terminology, and medical record charting basics. Good group facilitation skills and experience. (1) RN PHP - PER DIEM. Current, valid State of California R.N. license. Ability to assess the age specific needs of adult patients, ages 18+. Current CPR certification. Previous psychiatric/chemical dependency treatment experience preferred.

ACCESS/ADMITTING |
|
(1) ADMITTING CLERK – PER DIEM. Working knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal regulations as they apply to admissions process is preferred. Good customer service and computer skills.
