At College Hospital Costa Mesa (CHCM), our goal is to provide our patients with the highest quality service. This includes providing you with the option of paying your hospital bill online.
Through this secure payment portal, you can submit your credit card payment at your convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Before using the service, please have on hand your College Hospital billing statement or billing letter, including your CHC patient admit number, and your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card number, expiration date, and CVN (security) code. On your billing statement or billing letter your admit # is located on the left side of your name.
If you have any questions, your College Hospital Patient Financial Representative can be reached Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, Pacific Time, at 562.904.3998. We are pleased to accept partial payment; however, we advise you to first contact your Patient Financial Representative so that we may set up payment arrangements in the patient accounting computer system.
