Program Description
We work with you to develop a specialized plan, designed by a physician, to meet your treatment needs.

Our program is offered Monday through Saturday. Clients are assessed and attendance is based on individual needs.

Transportation is provided by our trained staff and specially prepared hot meals are served daily.

Our goal is to provide support and a level of care necessary to help our consumers achieve the highest level of functioning. We strive to assist our community members to become productive individuals and to meet the challenges of day to day life.

A referral to the Partial Hospital Program may come through family members, mental health professionals, MCO's, physicians and care givers.

All calls and services offered are strictly confidential.
